Morphological And Bio-chemical Characterization of Xanthomonas Campestris - A Gram Negative Bacterium Causing Bacterial Spot

Bacterial spot is one of the major causes of yield losses in tomato growing areas of the world. Xanthomonas campestris is the cause of this disease, which is a gram negative bacterium. Biochemical analysis helps to differentiate between gram positive and gram negative.
